How is an information system created?
Any information system is created broadly in three stages:
analysis and design;
development;
testing and implementation.
At the analysis and design stage the client's needs regarding the system-to-be are thoroughly examined; relevant analysis and design documentation is compiled.
Intense cooperation with the client in an active environment will result in documentation thoroughly describing the future system, its structure and internal processes as well as prototypes of the application's user interface.
At the development stage the system is programmed. Finished portions of the system are reviewed by the client; when necessary, the modifications proposed by the client are made. By the end of the development stage the system will be ready and documented.
The final stage encompasses the testing and implementation of the system. At this stage the system is tested both by us as well as the client. If the solution successfully passes all tests, it will be installed in the technical medium specified by the client and tested technically. If the client has also requested training, this will be carried out at the end of the implementation stage.
